基本方針と運営者

Daisuke Tamura（以下「運営者」）は、iOSアプリ「FilmPlay」と本サイトで扱う情報を、機能の提供とお問い合わせへの対応に必要な範囲で取り扱います。

FilmPlayは写真・動画の撮影と編集を端末内で行います。利用者アカウントの作成、広告、広告目的の追跡、独自の行動分析、AIサービスへの送信はありません。写真・動画・音声・作品を運営者のサーバーへ自動送信しません。

端末内で扱う情報

撮影・選択して取り込んだ写真と動画、動画の音声、選択した音楽、撮影日時などのメタデータ、作品名、テロップ、編集内容、サムネイル、書き出した完成版、表示設定を端末内に保存します。撮影、ルックの適用、編集、再生、保存、作品の再編集に使用します。

写真ライブラリ全体を自動同期しません。取り込んだ原本には、元のファイルに含まれる位置情報などのメタデータが残る場合があります。FilmPlay自体は位置情報の許可を求めず、現在地を取得しません。

カメラ・マイク・写真の許可

• カメラ：写真と動画を撮影するために使用します。
• マイク：動画へ周囲の音声を記録するために使用します。
• 写真の読み取り：利用者が選んだ写真・動画を取り込み、撮影日時を確認するために使用します。
• 写真への追加：利用者の操作で原本や完成版を写真アプリへ保存するために使用します。

許可は必要な操作に応じて求めます。iPhoneの「設定」→「アプリ」→「FilmPlay」などから変更できます。許可を取り消すと、その許可を必要とする機能は利用できなくなります。

購入と復元

FilmPlay Proは買い切りのアプリ内購入です。購入、復元、返金後の利用権限確認にはAppleのStoreKitを使用します。アプリはAppleが提供する商品・価格・検証済みの取引情報を確認して、有料ルックを利用できるか判断します。

運営者はクレジットカード番号、銀行口座番号、Apple Accountのパスワードを取得しません。購入記録はAppleが管理し、保持・返金などはAppleの方針に従います。Apple Privacy Policy

保存先・バックアップ・削除

素材や作品は、アプリ内から削除するか、アプリを削除するまで端末内に保存されます。作品で使っている素材は、先に作品から取り除く必要があります。重要な写真や動画は、削除前に写真アプリなどへ書き出してください。

FilmPlay内で素材を削除しても、写真アプリの元の写真・動画や、既に書き出したコピーは削除されません。これらは写真アプリ側で管理してください。FilmPlay独自のクラウド同期はありませんが、iCloud写真や端末バックアップなどを利用している場合、コピーの保存・削除はAppleと利用者の設定に従います。運営者は端末内の素材を遠隔で閲覧・復元・削除できません。

お問い合わせで受け取る情報

メールでお問い合わせいただいた場合、メールアドレス、表示名、本文、任意で添付された画像や診断情報を受け取ります。回答、問題の調査、関連するやり取りの確認、権利保護のために使用し、広告配信や販売には使用しません。

対応と法令上の義務に必要な期間を超えて保持せず、不要となった情報は削除します。不要な個人情報や作品の原本を送る必要はありません。メールの受信・管理にはGmailを使用します。Google Privacy Policy

本サイトの配信と外部サービス

本サイトはCloudflare Pagesで配信しています。Cloudflareはページの配信と安全性の維持のため、IPアドレス、アクセス日時、閲覧URL、ブラウザなどの通信情報を処理する場合があります。本サイトに広告・アクセス解析用のCookieや独自のアクセスログ用データベースは設けていません。Cloudflare Privacy Policy

AppleによるOS・App Storeの診断情報は、Appleの方針と端末の共有設定に従います。Apple、Cloudflare、Googleは日本国外で情報を処理する場合があります。各サービスの処理と保持期間は、それぞれの役割とプライバシー方針に従います。運営者が委託する情報は必要最小限とし、本ポリシーと適用法令に沿った保護を求めます。

情報の保護と利用者の選択

本サイトをHTTPSで配信し、お問い合わせ情報へのアクセスを必要な範囲に限定します。法令に基づく場合や利用者が希望する場合を除き、お問い合わせ情報を無関係な第三者へ提供しません。

端末内の情報はアプリやiOSの設定から管理できます。運営者が受け取った情報について、開示・訂正・削除・利用停止などを希望する場合は tonboapps@gmail.com へご連絡ください。対象の確認に必要な最小限の情報をお願いする場合があります。法令上の保存義務などがある場合は、その理由をご案内します。

ポリシーの変更と連絡先

機能や情報の取扱いが変わった場合は本ページを更新し、重要な変更を本ページまたはアプリ内でお知らせします。

Principles and operator

Daisuke Tamura (the “Operator”) handles information used by the FilmPlay iOS app and this website as needed to provide their features and respond to support requests.

FilmPlay captures and edits photos and videos on your device. It has no app accounts, advertising, ad tracking, independent behavioral analytics, or transmission to AI services. It does not automatically upload your photos, videos, audio, or projects to the Operator’s servers.

Information on your device

FilmPlay stores photos and videos you capture or choose to import, video audio, selected music, metadata such as capture dates, project names, captions, edits, thumbnails, exports, and display preferences on your device. These support capture, looks, editing, playback, saving, and reopening projects.

FilmPlay does not automatically sync your entire photo library. Imported originals may retain metadata already in the source file, including location information. FilmPlay itself does not request location permission or obtain your current location.

Camera, microphone, and photo permissions

• Camera: to capture photos and videos.
• Microphone: to record sound with videos.
• Photo read access: to import the photos and videos you select and check their capture dates.
• Photo add access: to save originals or exports to Photos when you choose to do so.

Permissions are requested for relevant actions. You can change them in iPhone Settings → Apps → FilmPlay or the relevant privacy settings. Features that require a revoked permission will no longer be available.

Purchases and restoration

FilmPlay Pro is a one-time in-app purchase. FilmPlay uses Apple StoreKit for purchasing, restoration, and checking access after refunds. The app reads product information, prices, and verified transactions provided by Apple to determine access to paid looks.

The Operator does not receive your payment-card number, bank account number, or Apple Account password. Apple manages purchase records; its policies govern retention and refunds. Apple Privacy Policy

Storage, backups, and deletion

Materials and projects remain on your device until you delete them in the app or delete the app. Remove a material from projects that use it before deleting that material. Export important photos and videos to Photos or another destination before deletion.

Deleting a material in FilmPlay does not delete the original in Photos or copies already exported. Manage those copies in Photos. FilmPlay has no independent cloud sync, but copies may be included in iCloud Photos or device backups according to your Apple settings. The Operator cannot remotely view, restore, or delete your on-device materials.

Information received through support

If you email us, we receive your email address, display name, message, and any images or diagnostic information you choose to attach. We use them to respond, investigate problems, review related correspondence, and protect rights. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.

We retain it only as long as needed for support and legal obligations, and delete information that is no longer needed. You do not need to send unnecessary personal information or original creative work. We use Gmail to receive and manage support email. Google Privacy Policy

Website hosting and external services

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process connection information such as your IP address, access time, requested URL, and browser to deliver and secure the website. We do not add advertising or analytics cookies or maintain our own website access-log database. Cloudflare Privacy Policy

Apple’s OS and App Store diagnostics follow Apple’s policies and your sharing settings. Apple, Cloudflare, and Google may process information outside Japan. Each provider’s role and privacy policy govern its processing and retention. We limit information entrusted to providers and require protection consistent with this Policy and applicable law.

Safeguards and your choices

We serve this website over HTTPS and limit access to support information to what is needed. We do not disclose support information to unrelated third parties unless you request it or disclosure is required by law.

Manage on-device information through FilmPlay and iOS settings. To request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of information received by the Operator, contact tonboapps@gmail.com. We may ask for the minimum information needed to identify the request. If legal retention duties or other applicable exceptions prevent a request, we will explain why.

Changes and contact

We update this page when features or information practices change and announce material changes on this page or in the app.
